The Staff Selection Commission released the result of Tier-One of Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Exam 2024 on Friday. 41,465 candidates have passed the computer-based Tier One examination held from July 1 to 11. In this, 39,835 candidates are successful for the post of Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC) and Junior Statistical Officer (JSA) while 1,630 candidates are successful for Data Entry Operator. These candidates will appear in the Tier-II examination. 8,49,718 candidates from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar under the Central Region had applied for the CHSL examination. 4,54,500 candidates appeared in the examination held at 79 centers in 19 cities of both the states.
SSC released the answer key of CHSL Tier-1 on July 18. 3712 vacancies will be filled under SSC CHSL Recruitment 2024. The schedule of Tier-II (Computer Based Examination) will be released soon. Tier-2 will have two sessions in which the first session is of written examination and the second is skill test/typing test (as per the post). The marks and final answer key of the pass and fail candidates will be uploaded on the commission's website soon.
