CG TET 2024 Notification: The application process for Chhattisgarh TET exam 2024 has started from March 7. Youth who want to become teachers in state schools can visit vyapam.cgstate.gov.in and apply till 7 April 2024. Corrections in the online application form can be made between April 8 and April 10. CG TET exam will be conducted on 23rd June. CG TET First Shift exam will be held in the morning shift for classes 1st to 5th and TET exam for classes 6th to 8th will be held in the afternoon shift. This time, B.Ed candidates from class 1st to 5th have been excluded from CG TET. Only those with B.Ed will be able to apply for TET paper from 6th to 8th. Only those with D.El.Ed will give TET from 1st to 5th.
The validity of CG TET certificate will be lifetime. A candidate declared successful can re-appear in the examination in future to improve his/her marks.
90 marks are required to qualify out of 150.
CG TET paper will be of total 150 marks. General category candidates will have to score 60 percent marks i.e. 90 marks to qualify the paper. For reserved category, it is necessary to score 50 percent i.e. 75 marks.

The paper will be of multiple choice. Each exam will be of two hours 30 minutes in which a total of 150 questions will be asked. Each question will be of one mark. There will be no negative marking. There will be two question papers in this examination. The first paper will be for a person who wants to become a teacher for classes one to five. The second question paper will be for the person who wants to become a teacher for class 6 to 8.
