CBSE Board Exams: Now there will be practical syllabus also in 9th-10th. CBSE has implemented it from the new session. Till now, students in class 9th-10th had to undergo only internal assessment in practicals. Only a few classes of practical were scheduled. CBSE has now released separate practical syllabus for each subject. Changes have also been made in the method of teaching topics of many subjects including social science. In the name of internal assessment, there was multiple assessment and subject enrichment. There was paper supply in its name.
Along with theory, bells for practicals have also been fixed for theory as well as practicals in other subjects including science in designated schools. If there are five to six topics in each lesson, then each topic is divided into theory and practical. Not only this, questions related to practical will also be asked in the exam. CBSE Counselor Dr. Pramod Kumar said that now case based questions are being asked. In such a situation, practical has been made mandatory by linking it to every chapter. Math labs will also be built in all schools. In practical, children have to demonstrate questions related to theory in the lab. How many bells were practiced in a week?
