Punjab Board Class 10th result has been released. This year, 97.24 percent children passed the Punjab Board 10th examination. A total of 2,81,098 students appeared for the exam out of which 2,73,348 passed the exam. According to the board, the pass percentage of girls in the examination was 98.11 percent and the pass percentage of boys was 96.47 percent. Aditi Singh, a student of Teja Singh Independent Senior Secondary School, Shimlapuri, Ludhiana, has topped the state by scoring full 100 percent marks. Aditi scored 650 marks out of 650. Alisha Sharma stood second. Alisha is also a student of Teja Singh Swatantra Memorial Senior Secondary School, Shimlapuri. He got 645 marks out of 650. Karmanpreet Kaur is in third place. Karmanpreet Kaur got 645 marks out of 650.

A total of 132642 girls appeared in the Punjab Board Class 10th final examination and out of them, 130132 or 98.11 percent passed. In comparison, 1,48,445 boys appeared for the exam and 1,43,206 or 96.47 passed it.

Original mark sheet will be received from school
Now after the Punjab Board 10th Result, the original mark sheets and certificates will be issued to the schools by the board officials. The school will distribute these to its students. Name of students, name of parents, board, subject wise marks, total marks and percentage will be given in the mark sheet. Students should check them carefully.
This year, the class 10th board exams conducted by PSEB were held from February 13 to March 6.
