UK Board Result 2024: As soon as the Uttarakhand Board exam results were released, the claims of providing quality education in government schools were also exposed. Some schools have given zero results. Whereas in some schools only one or two students have passed. The government system's claims of improving education have been exposed. Departmental officials also claim to deploy adequate teachers in schools, provide teachers with information about innovations and give them advice on using them in teaching. But schools are proving to be lagging behind in terms of results. Government Higher Secondary School Rikhad of Kalsi Block, at a distance of 55 km from the capital, has proved to be such a school this time.
Two students of this school appeared in the board examination. But, this time both could not pass the exam. However, it is a different matter that in this school being run under Ramsa, teachers are deployed on all the sanctioned posts. A total of 11 students appeared in the Intermediate Board examination in the Government Inter College Koruva of the same block, out of which only two students passed. 10 students of Government Inter College Timli of Vikasnagar block, which is emerging as a hub of education, had appeared in the inter board examination, out of which only one student passed. Teachers are posted on all posts in this school also.
Questions are being raised on the quality of government education
Parents are also raising questions on the government education system due to the examination results of government schools remaining zero or only one or two students passing. Parents say that claims are made by the government and the education department to improve the system. By believing these claims, they get their children admitted in government schools, but are disappointed when the examination results are released.
Information about zero results is being received from some schools. A meeting of principals of all schools will be called to review the board exam results. A decision in this regard will be taken only after the meeting. -Pradeep Rawat, Chief Education Officer
Despite having full teachers, the performance of some government schools of Pachhavadoon area in Uttarakhand board examination was very poor.
