PSEB 8th, 12th Result 2024: Punjab School Education Board declared PSEB 12th Result 2024 and PSEB 8th Result on Tuesday. From today, Wednesday, May 1, students will be able to check the exam results by visiting the official website of PSEB, pseb.ac.in. The result check link will be active from 10 am. Overall 93.04 percent students have passed in Punjab Board 12th this year. Among these, the pass percentage of girls was 95.74% and the pass percentage of boys was 90.74%. This year, a total of 291917 students appeared in the Class 8 board examination, out of which 286987 or 98.31 percent passed the examination. This time all three toppers of Punjab Board 12th are boys. In class 12th, Ekam Preet Singh of BCM Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana has secured first position by scoring 500/500 marks. He is a national level player. The same commerce group belongs to. Whereas Ravi Uday Singh has also secured 500/500 marks in second place. He is a student of Government Senior Secondary Gulbewala in Muktsar district. The pass percentage of girls was 95.14 percent and that of boys was 90.25 percent. A total of 2,96,709 students appeared for the Class 12 examination, out of which 2,74,378 passed. In PSEB 12th result, district Gurdaspur had the highest pass percentage in the state at 96.91 percent while Barnala had the lowest pass percentage at 80.47 percent.
Last year, 2,98,127 candidates had appeared for the class 8 examination and a total of 2,92,206 students were successful. A total of 98.01 percent students were successful in Punjab Board 8th. The overall pass percentage of students in 2022 was 98.25 percent.
