NEET Answer Key 2024: The answer key of the medical entrance exam NEET UG is going to be released very soon. NTA may release its answer key next week. Once the NEET answer key is released, candidates will be able to download it by visiting exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. Candidates will also be given an opportunity to lodge objections on the NEET answer key. NEET was conducted across the country on May 5 in pen paper mode. Through NEET, admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and various other undergraduate medical courses is done in all the medical colleges of the country. Apart from this, candidates for Military Nursing Service (MNS) will also be able to take admission in B.Sc Nursing course of Armed Forces Medical Service Hospital through the marks of NEET UG examination. This time 24 lakh applications have come for NEET. Around 23.3 lakh took part in the examination.

If two or more students get equal marks in the examination, who will be placed higher in merit is decided by the tie breaking policy. This time, if students get equal marks, their Biology marks will be seen first to decide their rank. The one who gets more marks in Biology (Botany and Zoology) will be placed higher in the rank. If no decision can be taken then the marks of Chemistry and then Physics will be compared.

2- If the rank is not decided by the Biology factor, then the Chemistry marks will be considered. The one who gets more marks in Chemistry will be placed higher in the rank.
3- After this the marks of Physics will be seen. The one who gets more marks in Physics will be placed higher in rank.
4- The one who has given less wrong answers than correct answers will be placed higher.
5- After this, the candidate whose ratio of attempted wrong answers to correct answers in Biology (Botany and Zoology) will be less, will be placed higher.
6- After this, the candidate whose ratio of attempted wrong answers to correct answers in Chemistry will be less will be placed higher.
7- The candidate whose percentage of wrong attempts in Physics will be less.
