Children's achievement, be it small or big, is a moment of extreme joy for parents. Rahul Kumar from Bihar made his parents happy recently by cracking the Indian Forest Service (IFS) examination, despite experiencing hardships in his journey. This is his inspiring story. Rahul Kumar is a local of Kathalbari Mohalla in Bhagalpur, Bihar. He is the son of Rajkumar Chaudhary. His mother Lalita Devi is an anganwadi worker. He has secured 143rd rank in IFS examination. Local18 reports how there is an atmosphere of celebration and ecstasy in his house. As per more information, Rahul completed his BTech and MTech from IIT Roorkee and got a job in a private company as a software developer, while continuing his studies. He started the preparation for IFS while staying in Delhi.
Rahul appeared in the examination five times, and each time he faced disappointment. In three of the attempts, he was called for an interview but again, faced failure. This did not diminish the hope and determination within him and he did not stop his preparations. He succeeded in his sixth attempt. Speaking to Local18, Rahul stated that to learn something in life one has to face failure. Always succeeding tends to make an individual forget its worth. They should not be afraid to face failure and keep trying.
According to him, to become successful you only have to rely on your own hard work. “Self-study should be prioritized after coaching; it ensures only success in your future education endeavours. Do not panic if you face any type of failure in life and be cautious of taking the wrong step because of it,” he said, adding: “Make failure the essence of your success.”
