Private institutions affiliated to AKTU will be able to admit students from other states only on a maximum of 25 percent of the total allotted seats. In any case, the institutions will have to admit students from the state on 75 percent of the seats. Registrations for B.Tech courses have started in AKTU under the admission process for the academic session 2024-25. So far, more than 20 thousand candidates have also registered. In view of this, the Technical University has set guidelines for private institutions. Vice Chancellor Prof. JP Pandey says that private institutions affiliated to AKTU will have to admit students from UP on 75 percent of the total allotted seats. NRI candidates will be able to get direct admission on five percent seats in any course except MBA and MCA programs.

AKTU has also issued instructions for government, financed and government self-financed colleges for B.Tech. According to this, 100% seats in all these institutes and colleges will be filled through AKTU counseling.

The institutes will be able to fill 15% seats at their own level
Private institutes affiliated to the technical university will be able to take admissions on 15 percent of the total allotted seats. While admissions on 85 percent of the seats will be taken through AKTU counseling.

UP Incubators Meet 2024 is being organized at AKTU from Friday. Starting UP will be a program by Innovation Hub under the chairmanship of Uttar Pradesh Government. The objective is to get information about the updated status of the incubation centers operating in the state and to solve the problems arising in the incubation centers. Let us tell you that 63 incubation centers are recognized by the state government in UP, in which about 1600 startups are working. According to the information, Principal Secretary Department of IT and Electronics Anil Kumar Sagar will be the special guest.
