Candidates will apply online and pay the prescribed fee. The application will be accepted only after entering the OTP on the registered mobile number of the candidates. Bihar Board has instructed the candidates as well as all the training institutes that those candidates who appeared in the Intermediate examination this year were also included in the D.El.Ed. In such a situation, as per the prescribed standard, even after passing the D.El.Ed. entrance examination, the candidate with less than 50% marks in Intermediate will not be enrolled.

Fees are also fixed for private teacher training colleges
The maximum fee for private teacher training colleges has also been fixed for the two-year D.El.Ed. course. The maximum fee has been fixed at Rs. 60,000 for one year and Rs. 1.20 lakh for two years. The fee has been fixed on the basis of the required number of teachers and teaching staff in the concerned teacher training college. In such a situation, teacher training colleges can charge less fee, but they should not charge more.

The board has directed that the list of candidates selected in the first selection list will be uploaded by the concerned teacher training colleges on the portal every day so that it can be known which candidates have been enrolled on how many seats in which educational institute.
