NIRF RANKING 2024: The Ministry of Education has released the list of top colleges in the country NIRF 2024 ranking today on August 12, 2024. This time IIM, Ahmedabad has again topped the NIRF 2024 Ranking Management Institute category. IIM, Bangalore has got the second position. IIM Kozhikode has succeeded in getting the third rank and IIT Delhi has succeeded in getting the fourth position. Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur has succeeded in getting the ninth position.

The Ministry of Education releases a ranking list of all educational institutions located in the country, which is called NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework). Do you know that the Ministry of Education visits every college and institute and inspects the resources present there, on the basis of which the college or institute is ranked. Know what are the five parameters on the basis of which ranking is given-
1. Teaching, Learning and Resources (Marks 100, Weightage 0.30)
2. Research and Professional Practice (Marks 100, Weightage 0.30)
3. Outreach and Inclusiveness (Marks 100, Weightage 0.10)
4. Graduation Outcome (Marks 100, Weightage 0.20)
5. Perception (Marks 100, Weightage 0.10)
NIRF rankings are released in a total of 16 categories, which include Overall, Universities, Colleges, Research Institutes, Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Medical, Dental, Law, Architecture and Planning, Agriculture and Allied Sector, Open University, Skill University and State Public University and Innovation. Last year, IIM Ahmedabad topped the Top Management category.
