A decision is expected soon regarding the appointment of Assistant Professors-Principals in aided colleges of Uttar Pradesh, teachers-principals in aided junior high schools, high schools and intermediate colleges and the organization of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET). The newly appointed chairperson of Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission, Prof. Kirti Pandey, has formed committees on all points and has sought a report. After receiving the report, further action will be taken after taking approval from the government.
