BPSC 70th Pre Online Form 2024: Applications have started for the biggest Combined Civil Services Competitive Examination in the history of BPSC. You can apply for 1957 posts under BPSC 70th from today 28th September by visiting onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in. The last date of application is 18 October. The prelims exam will be held on 17th November. Selection will be through Prelims Exam, Mains Exam and Interview.

PT will happen with changes
BPSC Chairman has told that the 70th PT exam will be held with some changes. Four sets of questions will be used in the exam. All sets will be different. Their colors will also be different. District wise changes are also possible in this. The result of the examination will be declared on the basis of normalization. The number of phases in which the examination will be conducted will be decided based on the number of applications, but depending on the number of vacancies, the examination can be conducted in different shifts on two days. Joint Secretary of the Commission, Kundan Kumar said that the stage of examination will be increased for more than 7 lakh applications.

Eligibility – For the Integrated 70th Combined Competitive Examination, it is mandatory to have passed graduation or equivalent examination from a recognized university.
-Minimum age limit – As on August 1, 2024, the age will be 20 years for Deputy Superintendent of Police and District Commander, 22 years for the remaining Level-9 posts and 21 years for Level-7 posts.
-Maximum age limit – 37 years for unreserved male candidates as on August 1, 2024, 40 years for unreserved female, backward class and extremely backward class (male and female) and 42 years for Scheduled Caste and Tribe (male and female) Year. Relaxation of 10 years in the maximum age limit is applicable for disabled candidates.
For examination fee, it is mandatory to pay Rs 600 for unreserved male candidates and Rs 150 for all others.

BPSC 70th Civil Services Competitive Examination will be conducted on the old reservation roster only. The provision of 50 percent reservation will be applicable in appointment. In this, 604 posts are reserved for women, 34 for grandson/granddaughter of freedom fighter and 66 for the disabled.
