Atul, a resident of Titaura village of Khatauli police station area, had counseling to take admission in IIT after passing JEE Advanced examination, in which he got number in Electrical in Dhanbad. IIT fees of Rs 17500 had to be deposited by 5 pm on 24th June. After not getting admission in the college, the student first approached the Jharkhand Court and then reached the Supreme Court.
