If you want to take admission in B.Tech but have not been able to get admission, then there is a great opportunity in Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology. After the completion of the admission process, a total of 385 seats are vacant in various branches. Admission on the vacant seats will be done through spot round counseling on September 3. Candidates will be able to apply afresh for admission on the university website from August 26 to September 3 at 11 am.
MMMUT Dean UG Prof. VK Mishra said that after the completion of four rounds of counselling, 804 out of 1189 students have reported physically. A total of 385 students did not report. After refunding their fee, the process of application is being started afresh. Candidates will have to physically appear in the university at 10 am on September 3. If the candidates who deposited the fee in the first spot round counselling do not want to take admission later, then they can withdraw the fee till September 11.
Candidates from other states also get a chance Ten percent quota has been set for students from other states in B.Tech. There are a total of 103 seats under this. About 50 seats have remained vacant for students from other states as well.
Admitted students also have a chance to change the branch Students who have taken admission but have not got the desired subject also have a chance to change the branch now. Such students will be able to change their branch under internal sliding. Such students who have chosen the float option have time till August 29 to change the branch. After that, on August 31, the details of vacant seats subject wise will be displayed. Only then it will be clear how many seats are vacant in which branch.
13th will be the second round of spot round counseling
Admission Cell Chairman Prof. Shriram Chaurasia said that if seats remain vacant even after the first spot round counseling, then the second spot round counseling will be organized on the 13th. For this, candidates can apply and deposit the counseling fee from 4th to 13th September till 11 am. Candidates will have to report to the university on the 13th at 10 am. How many vacant seats are there in which subject, it will be displayed on the 12th at 3 pm.
