Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has also released the admission date along with the merit list for admission to the vacant seats of engineering colleges. Admission for 3312 vacant seats in 38 engineering colleges of the state and 104 vacant seats of Dairy and CIPET will start from October 23.
BCECEB has called for category wise counseling on different dates and different times for admission to a total of 3416 vacant seats. Admission under the special round will be offline from 23rd to 25th October. For enrolment, one has to reach BCECEB office. BCECEB has said that the institute wise, course wise, category wise details of vacant seats should be checked on the website of the Board before the interview. The status of seats will be updated every day after enrollment.
Revised merit list of all EWS category candidates released
BCECEB has canceled the merit list issued for special counseling of all EWS category candidates for enrollment in engineering and has issued a new list. BCECEB said that 69 candidates from EWS category were not included in the merit list. These candidates have again been included in the merit list. For this reason a new merit list has been released. Candidates of these categories will have to appear for admission on 25th October.
