After BALLB, LLM will also be taught in Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University (RPNLU). Researchers will also be able to do PhD from here. The process for admission to ten seats of LLM and three seats of PhD has been started in the next academic session (2025-26). Admission to LLL will be done through the Combined Law Entrance Test (CLAT) conducted at the national level for admission to law universities. Law University Administration has also released the details of fees of LLM.
To do this two-year course, you will have to pay Rs 4.41 lakh under various heads. Every year an entry fee of Rs 12 thousand will be charged, Rs 24 thousand will have to be paid for two years. One year tuition fee has been fixed at Rs 1.40 lakh. Under this item, Rs 2.80 lakh will have to be paid in two years. An additional fee of Rs 30,000 per semester has been fixed, Rs 1.20 lakh will be charged for this in four semesters of two years. Rs 17 thousand will be charged as security fee, this fee will be refunded later. Law University is being built in Jhalwa. The building is under construction, which will take time, hence classes have been started by filling 60 seats of BALLB from the academic session 2024-25 in the BBS Engineering College campus located in Phaphamau. Now the admission process for LLM and PhD has been started. Admission to PhD will be taken at the university level.
Four seats will remain unreserved in LLM
Out of ten seats of LLM, four seats have been unreserved. One seat will be reserved for EWS, three for OBC and two for SC.
Fee in IVV campus is Rs 10 thousand
The fee for LLM in Central University of Allahabad is only ten thousand rupees. Ten thousand rupees are charged for two years at the rate of five thousand per year. Along with IVV, LLM is also taught in its constituent CMP Degree College and Allahabad Degree College, the fees of both the colleges are more or less the same as that of IVV.
