Director of Delhi University's Institute of Life Long Learning, Prof. Sanjay Roy said that the aim of this scheme is to fulfill the educational dreams of those who could not get this opportunity earlier due to some reasons. Last year, the fee for two papers was Rs. 20,000, which people said was too high. Now it has been reduced to Rs. 6,000 per paper.
