AIBE 19 Registration 2024: The Supreme Court has allowed LLB final year students to appear for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 exam 2024. This exam will be conducted on November 24, 2024. All interested and eligible candidates have time till October 25, 2024 to apply. Candidates who want to get information related to the exam have to visit the official website barcouncilofindia.org.
According to the official notification, candidates can submit the online application fee till October 28, 2024. Apart from this, candidates can make corrections in the registration form from October 30. Admit cards for the examination will be issued on November 18.
Candidate Eligibility for AIBE 19 Exam 2024-
1. Candidate must possess 3 or 5 year law degree from a law institute recognized by the Bar Council of India.
2. The candidate must be enrolled as an Advocate with the State Bar Council.
3. There is no maximum age limit for this exam, candidates can give multiple attempts until they pass the exam.
How to Register for AIBE 19 Exam 2024-
1. First of all, the candidate has to visit the official website allindiabarexamination.com.
2. Now you have to register yourself.
3. You have to provide your name, contact details and educational qualification in the application form.
4. After this you will have to deposit the application form fee.
5. After this you have to click on submit and download the confirmation page.
Let us tell you that to pass the AIBE exam, candidates of General and OBC category will have to get 45 percent marks. Apart from this, candidates of SC, ST and disabled category will have to get 40 percent marks. This exam will be conducted at 140 centers in 50 cities. This exam will be an open book exam. The Council has said that for the convenience of the students, there will be an examination center in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
The 100 marks exam will cover various aspects of law like Constitutional Law, Indian Penal Code, Intellectual Property, Evidence Act, Family Law, Administrative Law, Cyber Law, Laws related to Taxation, Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Property Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, Land Acquisition Act etc.
