UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Result 2024: UPSC has released the result of CAPF Assistant Commandant Recruitment written examination. Candidates can check their result by visiting upsc.gov.in or by clicking on the direct link given below. UPSC Assistant Commandant Recruitment Examination was held on 4th August 2024. This time a total of 506 posts will be filled through this examination. In this, appointments will be made on 186 posts of BSF, 120 of CRPF, 100 of CISF, 58 of ITBP and 42 of SSB. Applications were taken in May.
Candidates who qualify the written examination will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Those who qualify the PET will be called for interview. The final merit list for selection will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in written examination and marks obtained in interview. Mark sheets of all those candidates who have not qualified will be uploaded on the Commission's website after publication of final result (after conducting interview) and will be available on the website for a period of 30 days.
Rules for physical test
For men – 100 meter race in 16 seconds. 800 meter race in 3 minutes 45 seconds. 3.5 meter long jump for which three chances will be given. 7.26 kg shot put will have to be thrown up to a distance of 4.5 meters for which three chances will be given.
For women- 100 meter race in 18 seconds. 800 meter race in 4 minutes 45 seconds. 3 meter long jump for which three chances will be given.
how are you physique
Male candidates – Height should be at least 165 cm. Chest should be 81 cm. Apart from this, there should be 5 cm expansion.
Female – Height should be minimum 157 cms.
Admit card and schedule of physical test
Indo Tibetan Border Police (Nodal Authority nominated by Ministry of Home Affairs) will inform the candidates about the date, time and venue of Physical Standard Test/Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Standard Test to be conducted by them. Information regarding conduct of PST/PET/MST will be uploaded by Nodal Force (ITBP) on its recruitment website recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in. E-Admit Cards will be sent online through this website of Nodal Force and intimation will also be sent to the candidates through their registered e-mail ID. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website of Nodal Force and their mail box including spam folder in their mail box. If a candidate does not receive/download the e-Admit Card for Physical Standard Test/Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Medical Standard Test (MST) within the stipulated time, he/she can contact Director General Headquarters Indo Tibetan Border Police on telephone number 011-24369482/ 011-24369483 and e-mail ID comdtrect@itbp.gov.in. He/she can also contact UPSC through letter or fax for getting immediate information.
DAF
Candidates who have been declared qualified in the written examination are required to register themselves on the relevant page of the website before filling up the Detailed Application Form (DAF) online and upload scanned copies of relevant certificates/documents in support of eligibility, claim of reservation etc. through the Commission's website. The online Detailed Application Form will be made available on the Commission's website in due course. Important instructions regarding filling up the DAF and submitting it online to the Commission are also available on the website.
Candidates who have finally submitted their Detailed Application Form (DAF) will be issued e-Admit Card by the Nodal Authority i.e. ITBP to appear in PST/PET and MST. Candidates are required to produce e-Admit Card along with the finally submitted DAF and hard copy of photo identity proof like Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID Card etc. at the allotted centres to appear in PST/PET/MST.

Candidates will be required to produce original certificates in support of their claims regarding age, educational qualification, community etc. at the time of Personality Test. They are, therefore, advised to keep these prescribed certificates ready.
