A big decision has been taken in the interest of students in Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU). Now students of any semester or year can give special examination to improve their grade or pass any subject. Information has been issued in this regard. In the notification issued by BBAU's examination controller Vikram Singh Yadav, it has been said that any student who is willing to pass any paper or improve his grade can apply for the special examination. He can give the paper of any semester.
To apply, students will have to submit the form to the concerned department head by June 20. After this, the department head will issue the time table of special examinations for eligible students. The examination controller says that special examinations for students of the last semester or year of any course will be conducted between July 8 and 12.
The exams will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be from 10 am to 1 pm and the second shift will be from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Applications have to be submitted by July 2 For the special exam, all the departments can get the exam forms from the examination section from June 20. The forms of eligible students have to be taken and submitted at the examination controller's office by July 2. Admit cards will be issued after this. Please note that if the forms are not submitted by July 2, then the Controller of Examinations (COE) office will not issue the admit cards. According to the information, the results of the special exams will also have to be submitted to the office by July 18.
Last chance to register for PG
Admissions to PG courses will be done through CUET in BBAU. However, before admission, students will have to register with BBAU. According to the information, students can register for admission in PG courses till 31 May. However, they will have to pay a fee of Rs 500 for registration.
Instructions to students to vacate the hostel
All the students of the final semester in BBAU have been instructed to vacate the hostels within seven days after the completion of the examination. All the wardens have been told to lock the hostels if the students do not surrender them by June 4. All the students have been strictly ordered in this regard.
