Bihar Board Class 9 Admission 2024: The Education Department has instructed all the districts to enroll the children who have passed class 8th in class 9th only in the higher secondary school of their own panchayat. Spread the word about enrolling children in higher secondary schools of their own panchayat. Teachers have been posted in all the schools. Enrollment in class nine in a school outside one's Panchayat will be done on the request of parents in special circumstances. For this, a counter signature on the school transfer certificate will be required from the level of District Education Officer. The objective behind this is that children should study in the schools of their own Panchayat.
Regarding this, the Department's Secondary Education Director Kanhaiya Prasad Srivastava has issued a letter to all the district education officers. Principals of higher secondary schools have been told to ensure that eighth grade passed students from schools located in other panchayats are not enrolled in their schools. The department has also made it clear that students who do not appear in the annual examination of class 8 should not be enrolled in class 9. Because, possibly such students are fake and want enrollment only to avail the benefits of government schemes.
Enroll from where you passed 8th
The department also said that students who have passed class 8 should be enrolled in schools where class 9 is taught. Tag them with the higher secondary schools of the same panchayat in which the school does not conduct class 9 education.
Schools will be tagged in urban areas
He will also be tagged with the respective middle schools for enrollment in higher secondary schools in the urban area. The department has said that the officials of the districts should hold a meeting with the principals of the respective schools and assess the basic structures there. Construct additional rooms in schools as per need. If there is immediate need, get the rooms constructed with pre-fab structure (steel frame).
