The admissions are scheduled for the 2024-26 session.
The online applications are open for admission to over 263 schools in the Bhojpur district.
The Bihar School Examination Board has extended the application deadline to apply for intermediate admission till May 31. Initially set for May 25, the board has extended the time limit for eligible students. The online applications are open for admission to over 263 schools in Bhojpur district. The admissions are scheduled for the 2024-26 session.
Candidates who have passed 10th grade must apply online through the OFSS portal. District Education Officer Ahsan mentioned that the Bihar Board has uploaded all enrollment-related information on the website. It is crucial for candidates to carefully read and understand the enrollment guidelines before applying. The list of available seats is accessible on the OFSS website. Enrollment for Intermediate will take place in 263 intermediate schools, offering Arts, Science, and Commerce faculties.
This time, students will not be able to apply for Intermediate admission to degree colleges. The Bihar School Examination Board has decided to leave out degree colleges from the admission process. This means that the list of colleges under Veer Kunwar Singh University will not be on the OFSS portal anymore. Instead, candidates can only apply for admission to schools. It is worth noting that in the last session, students could choose to apply to colleges or Plus Two schools for Intermediate. However, despite this choice, many matriculation exam passers couldn't get admission to Intermediate.
The number of matriculation exam passers who couldn't secure intermediate admission this time remains uncertain for now. The District Education Officer mentioned that previously, the application deadline was May 25, and thousands of candidates couldn't apply due to different reasons. As a result, the Education Department extended the online application deadline until May 31.
