The Bihar board has released the datesheet for the Matriculation and Intermediate Compartmental Examination 2024. The matric compartmental exam will be conducted from May 4 to 11 and the Intermediate compartmental exam will be conducted from April 29 to May 11. The examination will be conducted in two shifts — the first shift from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the second shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
Online applications for the compartment exam and scrutiny process will conclude today, April 7. The committee said that those students who have not yet applied can apply online to appear in this examination through the website seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com through the head of their educational institutions. . Students will have to pay a fee of Rs 120 per subject for scrutiny.
Those students who have failed in a maximum of two subjects out of the total five subjects (which include two compulsory subjects and three elective or optional subjects) can appear in the compartmental examination. Those who have failed in more than two subjects will have to repeat the year.
BSEB 10th, 12th Compartment Exam Schedule
On May 4, the first language examination will be conducted in the first shift and the second Indian language exam in the second shift. On May 9, the science exam will be held in the first shift, and the social science exam in the second shift. On May 10, the mathematics exam will be held in the first shift, and the English exam in the second shift. On May 11, the optional subjects exam will be held in the first shift, and the vocational optional subjects examination in the second shift.
The intermediate compartmental examination will be held on April 29, 30, May 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11. During this period, examinations of all three streams will be conducted. The practical examination will be held on May 15 and 16 in two shifts. Candidates will have to reach the exam center 30 minutes before the start of the exam. An additional time of 15 minutes will be given to read the question paper. For the first shift, entry at the examination center will be till 9 am only. Whereas, entry for the second shift will be given till 1.30 pm.
