Bihar Sakshamta Pariksha Answer Key: The answer key of Bihar Aptitude Test exam is going to be released soon. Candidates will be able to check and download the PDF of the answer key with the help of registered mobile number and password by visiting www.bsebsakshamta.com. However, the answer key was to be released on March 12, 2024. BSEB Eligibility Test was held from February 26 to March 6 at various centers in the state. The examination was conducted in two shifts from 10 am to 12.30 pm and from 3 pm to 5.30 pm. Employed teacher candidates will have to pay Rs 50 per objection.
Result possible on 23rd March
The result of Bihar Aptitude Test is expected on 23 March. After the release of the result, the thumb impressions of the successful candidates will be matched at the district level during counselling.
At present, verification of all the employed teachers who have given the Bihar Competency Test is being done. Verification will be done in Barh, Belchhi, Athamalgola on 13 March, Bakhtiapur, Khushrupur, Daniyawan on 14 March, Phulwari, Naubatpur, Danapur on 15 March, Maner, Bihta, Bikram on 16 March, Paliganj, Dulhin Bazaar on 17 March.
Even after success in Bihar Competency Test, the employed teachers will be examined at many levels. Thumb impression was taken during the examination. Apart from matching the biometric attendance, teachers' certificates will be re-checked. Only after this the district will be allotted to the successful employed teachers. All employed teachers who have given the competency test will be contributed under the new process. After the completion of the examination, now all the teachers appearing in the examination have to go to their respective districts and get thumb impression and biometric matching done.
Merit will be determined on the basis of marks in aptitude test
Merit will be determined on the basis of marks in the competency test. Teachers who get better marks in the competency test will be allotted the district of their choice. Those who get less marks will be randomly allotted district and school. Like what has been done by BPSC in the teacher appointment examination. The option of three districts has been taken from the employed teachers. However, teachers organizations are continuously opposing this.
