The education department will soon give information about the date of counselling of employed teachers who have passed the competency test. Software is being developed by the department for this. Departmental officials say that through the software, separate dates will be fixed for all teachers and information about this will be given on the department's website.
It is known that the department has fixed the date of counselling for teachers who have passed the competency test from August 1. After getting the information on the department's website, teachers will be available for counselling by going to the respective district on the date fixed for them. During counselling, the teachers' certificates and other documents will be verified. After this, the further process of posting of teachers will be decided. The department has already made it clear that the teachers will be counselled in the district allotted to them by the Bihar School Examination Board. It has been decided to divide the state's schools into five categories for posting of teachers. These include urban, semi-urban, rural, hilly area and Diara schools. The department is making a policy regarding which teachers will be posted in which category of school. It is known that one lakh 87 thousand teachers have passed the competency test.
