During an inspection in Kishanganj, Bihar, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department announced that the third phase of the recruitment is scheduled for March.
The results for the second phase of the teacher recruitment examination were released by the BPSC (Bihar Public Service Commission). While several candidates were looking forward to the supplementary result, the commission released the results for schools which come under the categories of Backward Classes and Most Backward Classes Welfare Department, angering the candidates, who then led a protest. In such a situation, an official has announced a piece of good news for the candidates.
KK Pathak, who is the Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, has announced that the third and fourth phases teacher appointment process are going to take place soon. And around 71,000 candidates are set to be recruited for this. A letter was sent to the BPSC by the Director of Secondary Education, according to which the supplementary results were not to be released. This led the candidates to start a protest for their employment.

If the sources are to be believed, the BPSC is going to issue a notification regarding the third phase of the recruitment this month. Through this recruitment process, 68,000 to 70,000 seats are expected to be filled. The notification for the recruitment can come as soon as February 15, 2024, and the examination is scheduled to be conducted by March, this year.
