The last chance to apply for direct admission in BTech, BPharma and MCA under the academic session 2024-25 in Lucknow University will be till August 24. Instructions have been issued by LU in this regard. The spokesperson says that direct admissions will also be taken in the second year through BTech and MCA lateral entry. LU will take admission at its own level on the seats that remain vacant from Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counseling (UPTAC) 2024. In this regard, the application form has been uploaded on the admission page of the official website of the university. From where the candidates can download the application form. After filling the application form, a draft of Rs 500 will have to be made in the name of the University Finance Controller. Which can be submitted along with the application form in the office of the Dean Engineering and Technical Faculty by August 24.
Spokesperson Prof. Durgesh Srivastava said that the candidates applying should have passed any exam in JEE 2024, CUET UG or PG. He says that applications will be taken for the vacant seats till August 24. After this, the merit list will be released by the university. According to which admissions will be done.

Eligibility for admission to the courses
Lucknow University offers B.Tech programmes in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Computer Science & Engineering AI streams for the academic session 2024-25.
For admission in B.Tech, it is mandatory to pass 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Maths from any recognized board. For admission in MCA, general category candidates must have a degree in BCA or B.Sc.
