CBSE Board Exam 2024 Results: Many states including Bihar, UP have announced the results of board exams, now the results of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 10th and 12th board exam are being eagerly awaited. It is expected that the results of class 10th-12th may be released in mid-May. However, no date for the release of the result has been officially announced yet. Once the results are released, students will be able to download the results from the official website cbse.gov.in,cbseresults.nic.in. Apart from this, the results can also be seen on Live Hindustan's website livehindustan.com/career/results. Let us tell you, this year at least 39 lakh students have registered themselves for the CBSE board examinations of class 10th and 12th.
Although CBSE usually declares the results of any examinations in the month of May, the date of release of the results is not confirmed yet. In the year 2023, CBSE had released the results of class 10th and 12th board exams on May 12, 2023. In such a situation, it is expected that this time also the results will be released by May 15.
This year also CBSE is expected to release the results of class 10th around the first week of May. Whereas, the results of class 12th can be declared during the second week of May. To pass the CBSE board exam, students must score a minimum of 33 percent marks in each subject and overall. The list of toppers will not be released along with the result. CBSE has not been releasing the list of toppers for many years. Let us tell you, this decision was taken by CBSE to avoid unhealthy competition among the students.
CBSE had conducted the class 10th board exams from February 15, 2024 to March 13, 2024 and class 12th exams were conducted from February 15 to April 2, 2024. This year a total of 39 lakh students from 26 countries have appeared for the exam. Let us tell you, in the national capital, the examination was conducted at 877 centres. In which 5.80 lakh students appeared.
