CGBSE 12th Result 2024: Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has released the result of the second chance examination of class 12th. Candidates can check their result by visiting cgbse.nic.in. A total of 37578 candidates had applied for the CG Board 12th second main examination. Out of these, 35616 students appeared in the exam. Out of these, 11609 have passed. That is, the result was 32.59 percent. 33.47 percent boys passed while 34.75 percent girls passed.
Let us tell you that this time CG Board has conducted 10th and 12th exams twice a year for the first time in the state. Candidates giving second chance exam will not get a chance in the final merit list.
The result of the first chance exam was declared on 9 May. The CG Board 10th result was 75.61 percent. Simran Sabba of Jashpur topped the entire state by securing 99.50 percent marks. In the CG Board 12th result, this time 80.74 percent students passed. Mehak Agarwal of Mahasamund topped 12th with 97.40%.
According to the rules of the second chance examination, if the students who have passed are dissatisfied with their marks, they can appear for the examination a second time to improve. If the marks are better in the second chance examination, a new result will be released. If there is no improvement in the marks, the first mark sheet will be valid.
