CM Yogi will give certificates to 500 BTech students, efforts will also be made to get them campus placements


A certificate distribution event has been organized by Samsung Innovation Campus on 21 September at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University. In this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will distribute certificates to 500 B.Tech students of DDU and ITM. Director of Institute of Engineering and Technology at DDU, Prof. Umesh Yadav said that four courses AI, Big Data, IoT and Coding and Programming were conducted by 'Swadesh' institution for third and fourth year students of the engineering institute. Students who pass the examination conducted after the training will be given certificates of Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC) program. Of these, 300 students are from DDU and 200 from ITM.

CM Yogi has given his consent to attend as the chief guest. Under this scheme, these students will not only be prepared for the interview but companies will also be invited for campus placement.

Prof. Umesh Yadav said that the certificate distribution program will be presided over by Vice Chancellor Prof. Poonam Tandon. Apart from her, Head of CSR & Corporate Communications Shubham Mukherjee, Vice President of Public Affairs Rajeev Agarwal and DGM CSR Samarendra Behera will also be present from Samsung India. From Electronic Sector Skills Council of India, CEO of ESSCI Dr. Abhilasha Gaur, Strategic Partner VP Saroj Apto, Project Head Ekansh Raj will also be present.

Three teachers of the district were awarded the Eduleaders Karmayogi Award

Gorakhpur. Three teachers of the district, Prabhat Tripathi, Kripa Shankar Yadav and Shalini Chaudhary were honored with the Eduleaders Karmayogi Award for their innovation and outstanding work in teaching. The honor was given on Monday during a ceremony held in Noida, which was organized in collaboration with RR Global and Hema Foundation. More than 300 teachers from across the country were honored in the program. A total of 87 teachers were specially selected from teachers of 75 districts of UP.
