To end the game of mixing and editing of photos in recruitment examinations, SSC has implemented the system of live photos in online applications. The condition for uploading live photo is to have a place with good lighting and plain background, before taking the photo ensure that the camera is at eye level, position yourself directly in front of the webcam and look straight ahead and candidates should wear a hat while taking the live photo , Do not wear a mask or glasses. When the candidates complained to SSC about the problem in uploading live photo in the online application, the Commission has launched a new app. Earlier the rule was that the photographs of the candidates should not be more than three months old from the date of issue of recruitment notification. It is a different matter that the Commission did not have any system to find out whether the photo was taken within three months or is older.
