CUET Admit Card 2024 Download Link: National Testing Agency has released the admit card of Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG). CUET UG candidates can download the admit card by visiting the official website cuetug.ntaonline.in or exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG. Candidates will be able to download it with the help of their application number and date of birth. At present, admit cards have been issued only for those students whose examination is between May 15 and May 18. The exam cities of these students had already been released. CUET will be conducted from May 15 to May 24 this year. Around 13.48 lakh candidates will appear for the exam. NTA will conduct the exam in 380 cities across the country including 26 cities outside India.
Let us tell you, this year this examination will be conducted in hybrid mode (CBT and pen and paper). This year NTA will finish the Common University Entrance Test-Undergraduate (CUET UG) examination in just 7 days. This will be the first time that CUET UG exam will be conducted in such a short time. Let us tell you, examinations of 15 subjects will be conducted in pen-paper mode and examinations of 48 subjects will be conducted in computer based mode.
Students will have to attempt 40 questions out of 50 in each subject. In the General Test, students are required to solve 50 questions out of 60 questions. Blank paper sheets will not be given for rough work and students will have to do the rough work only in the space given in the test booklet. After completion of the test, students will be able to take only the test booklet with them. After completion of the test, students will have to hand over the OMR sheet and admit card to the examiner, and also ensure that their signature is on the OMR sheet submitted by them. Along with this, the supervisor's signature should also be there at pre-determined places.
A total of 13 lakh 47 thousand students have registered for CUET UG 2024. NTA has received a total of 13,47,618 unique successful registrations in 62 subjects in CUET UG 2024. Of these, 7 lakh 17 thousand 11 are boys and 6 lakh 30 thousand 500 are girls. Apart from this, there are also seven transgenders. A total of 57 lakh 69 thousand 211 students had filled the online application.
This time, admission will be available in more than 200 universities of the country through CUET UG entrance examination. UGC Chairman M Jagadish Kumar has said that so far 46 Central Universities, 32 State Universities, 20 Deemed-to-be Universities have registered for CUET UG. 96 private universities and 6 government institutions have also registered for CUET UG to offer admission in UG courses. Admission in UG courses of more than 200 universities of the country including DU, BHU, Allahabad University, Jamia will be done through this entrance examination.
