Admission to undergraduate and professional courses in Allahabad University and affiliated colleges will be through Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Registration for the candidates participating in this will start in the university from this week. If sources are to be believed, registration will start in two to three days. The university has completed the preparations. Students who did not fill the option of Allahabad University in the CUET application can also register. They will also be given admission on the score card of CUET. This year the university is preparing to conduct admission and counseling on the Samarth portal. The process for admission to undergraduate courses has been completed by CUET. The result of CUET is proposed on June 30.
Admission will be done in BA, BSc, BCom, Family and Community Science, BA LLB in graduation in IVV. At the same time, admission will also be done through CUET in a dozen graduate professional courses run under the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS). Admission will be done on about 17,000 seats in IVV and colleges.
52,329 registrations for admission
The last date for application for admission to postgraduate courses in the academic session 2024-25 of Allahabad University has been extended from 5th to 12th June. Due to this, there is an increase in the number of applicants. Till Thursday evening, 52329 candidates had registered online for admission in 60 PG courses. At the same time, 31443 candidates have submitted their final application by paying the application fee.
