DElEd examination: The board has announced the date for the external subjects examination of the first year of the D.El.Ed face to face course training session 2022-24 and the second year of 2023-25 ​​of the government and private training colleges of the district. The first year examination of session 2022-24 is starting from June 12 at DAV High School Examination Center, while the external subjects examination of the second year of 2023-25 ​​is starting from June 18. Eleven 100 trainee students will appear in the examination of both the sessions conducted in two shifts.

This includes 400 trainees from Government Training College DIET Siwan and PTC Mairwa while the rest are trainees from private training college. The first shift will be from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm while the second shift will run from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. To conduct the examination free from malpractices, CCTV cameras will be installed at the bars and other important places of the examination centre so that cheating can be stopped. To conduct the examination free from malpractices, there will be one videographer for every 500 candidates.

It will also be displayed at the examination centre through flex and posters that you are under CCTV surveillance. The agency contracted with Bihar School Examination Board will provide the answer sheets of D.El.Ed face to face examination directly at the examination centres. Bihar School Examination Board has nominated DEO Rajendra Singh as the nodal officer for the successful conduct of the examination. Except the centre superintendent, no invigilator or invigilator working in the examination hall and any worker involved in the examination work will use any kind of electronic equipment including mobile phones.

The district administration has deputed static magistrate, patrol magistrate and police officer to conduct the D.El.Ed examination in a clean, malpractice-free and peaceful environment. BCO Siwan Sadar and Pachrukhi along with Fisheries Development Officer have been appointed static magistrates and Assistant Director of Child Protection Unit has been appointed patrol magistrate. The magistrate and police officer deployed at the examination center will ensure that unauthorized people do not enter the center. The candidates will be checked at the entrance of the examination center itself, where entry into the examination center will be allowed only after seeing the admit card.

All the candidates appearing for D.El.Ed. exam will not enter the centre wearing shoes and socks. They will enter the exam centre wearing slippers instead of shoes and socks. Only a maximum of two candidates will sit on one bench in the exam hall and give the exam. One invigilator for every 25 candidates and a maximum of two invigilators in one room will be deputed by the DEO on the basis of randomisation. At the same time, the seat plan will be ensured to be displayed at the main gate of the exam centre, the notice board of the school and outside each room.
