Delhi School EWS Admission 2024: Directorate of Education (DoE), Delhi has released the notification for EWS Admission 2024-25 in private schools. According to the official notification, registration for admission will start from April 30. Parents of students will be able to apply by visiting the official website edudel.nic.in. The last date for submission of applications has been fixed as 15 May 2024.
As per the rules, it is mandatory for private schools to reserve 25 percent of their seats for students from economically weaker section (EWS), disadvantaged groups and children with special needs (CWSN). These seats will be allotted through computerized lottery system. The computerized draw is scheduled for May 20.

Let us tell you, for admission in preschool or nursery classes under EWS and DG categories, the age of children should be between 3 to 5 years. For CWD or CWSN category students, the age requirement for preschool or nursery admission should be 3 to 7 years. Children belonging to EWS and DG categories who want to take admission in Pre-Primary or KG classes should be between 4 to 6 years of age.
Delhi EWS Admission 2024-25: Apply by following these steps
Step 1- First of all visit the official website edudel.nic.in. But there will be life.
Step 2- Now you have to click on the link “Delhi EWS Admission 2024-25” on the home page.
Step 3- Complete the application form with all the required information.
Step 4- Now after filling all the information, click on the submit link.
Step 5- Now pay the registration fee and submit the application form.
Step 6- If you want, you can download the application form and take a printout of it.
