First of all, let us tell you that the recruitment process involves two stages.
– Physical Test (This will be a qualifying test)
– Main Exam
The Main Examination of 3 hours will consist of two papers, which are as follows.
Paper 1: General Studies (MCQ) – 200 Marks
Paper 2: Gujarati and English Language Skills (Descriptive) – 100 marks
Paper 1 consists of two parts: Part A and Part B, each carrying 100 marks.
The syllabus of Paper 1 includes Reasoning and Data Interpretation (50 marks) and Quantitative Aptitude (50 marks).
Paper 1 of the main examination consists of objective type questions, while Paper 2 is of descriptive nature.
– Candidates who will appear in the Main Examination must obtain minimum 40% marks in both Part-A and Part-B of Paper-1 General Studies (MCQ) separately.
Similarly, it is necessary to score minimum 40% marks in Paper-2 Gujarati and English Language Skill (Descriptive).

Paper- 1 General Studies (MCQ)
Know about Part A
In Part A, 100 MCQ questions of 100 marks will be asked.
The syllabus will include Reasoning and Data Interpretation of 50 marks questions and Quantitative Aptitude of 50 marks questions. To pass this exam, it is necessary to score at least 40% marks. Along with this, there will be negative marking in the exam. 0.25 marks will be deducted even if no option is selected.
Know about Part B
In Part-B, 100 MCQ questions of 100 marks will be asked. In which 25 marks questions will be asked from Constitution of India and Public Administration, 25 marks questions from History, Geography, Cultural Heritage, 25 marks questions from Current Affairs and General Knowledge, 25 marks questions from Environment, Science and Technology and Economics. To pass this exam, it is necessary to score at least 40% marks. Like Part A, there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks here also.
Paper-2 Gujarati and English Language Skills (Descriptive)
