I am in a senior position in a private company. I am a graduate and want to do a management course. Please guide me, from where and how can I do this course. On this question, career counselor Ashish Adarsh said, 'You should do such a management course in which you do not have the condition of regular classes. Therefore, it will be better for you to take a PG degree course of MBA i.e. Master in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). The MBA conducted by IGNOU is equivalent to any regular MBA course in the country and it is also recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education, Government of India. Usually, there are limited classes on Saturdays or Sundays. The university provides you study material and video lectures, so that you do not face any problem in completing the course. But it is important to clarify here that to pass this course, you will have to prepare well for your syllabus, because the percentage of students passing all the subjects in this course in the first attempt is less than 10. You can complete the two-year MBA in a maximum period of four years. For specific information, please visit the IGNOU website ignou.ac.in and look for School of Management Studies in the School of Studies section.
