Classes for the new session will begin from July 30 at IIT BHU. An online portal will be opened from July 25 for online profile registration of students who have qualified JEE Advanced. Their registration, hostel allocation and other processes will continue simultaneously till July 29. On July 29, in the orientation program, Director Prof. Amit Patra will interact with all the new entrants.
The admission registration portal for BTech, BArch and IDD i.e. five-year integrated program in the session 2024-25 at IIT BHU will open on July 25 at 11.30 am. This registration portal will remain open till 11.30 am on July 29. This is the last date. Along with profile registration, hostel allotment will be held from July 26 to 29, physical registration from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm on July 29 and orientation program for new students will also be organized. Hostel allotment will also start from 25th to the students who complete the admission process by paying the fees.
The newly arrived students will be allotted rooms in PC Ray Boys Hostel and the girls will be allotted rooms in Gandhi Smriti Women's Hostel. On July 29, at 2.30 pm, the IIT Director along with the Dean and Senior Professors will interact with the newly arrived students in the Swatantrata Bhavan Auditorium.
