Abhijeet faced a lot of difficulties in the initial days while preparing for JEE Main.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Wednesday (April 24) announced the results of JEE Main Session 2. Lal Abhijeet Mishra of Jamshedpur has achieved great success in the exam. He has brought glory to the family by scoring 97.4 percentile. Today, let's take a look at his success story. In a recent media interaction, Lal Abhijeet Mishra shared that his father, Manish Mishra, works for a private company. His mother Sangeeta Devi is a housewife. Abhijeet completed his education from a Hindi-medium background, and he secured the 9th rank in the whole of Jharkhand by scoring 96.4 percent in class 10. Abhijeet faced a lot of difficulties in the initial days while preparing for JEE Main. He gave credit for his success to Sundar Pichai Role Model Institute in Jamshedpur, where he got full scholarship. Due to this institute, he was able to study well, and as a result of a good teacher and mentorship, he proved himself by scoring such good marks. Now, he wants to make his future more bright.

Raman Prasad, the director of the Sundar Pichai Role Model Institute, said that Abhijeet is a promising student. He continued studying by staying at the institute for 12 hours a day. The environment in and around Abhijeet's house was very noisy. For this reason, he stayed in the institute from morning until evening and continued studying.

Abhijeet wants to study computer science and electronics at IIT Delhi. His dream company is Microsoft, and he considers Sundar Pichai as his role model.

According to reports, this year, 56 students scored a perfect 100 percentile, with 15 of them hailing from Telangana. Last year, the state had seven candidates on the list who secured the perfect score. This year, a total of 11,79,569 students appeared in the JEE Main second session exam.

Out of which, there were 373,515 female applicants, 8,06,045 male candidates, and 9 who identified as transgender. A total of 3369 students with disabilities appeared for the exam, 2625 were female and 2625 male.

Apart from Telangana, Maharashtra and Delhi have the second most number of toppers.
