JNU ONLINE ADMISSION: The online registration process for various undergraduate courses and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programs of JNU has started. The last day of this process is tomorrow, August 12, 2024 at 11:50 pm. Students have to visit the official website jnuee.jnu.ac.in to apply for these programs. The estimated date for release of the first merit list is August 21, 2024.
In the e-prospectus released by JNU on the official website, it has been informed that admission to students in BA Honors in Foreign Language, BSc in Ayurveda Biology and COP program will be given through CUET-UG 2024.
Eligibility of students for JNU online admission-
1. To take admission in BA, BSc program, the student must have secured at least 45 percent marks in class XII or equivalent from a recognized board. The admission process will be primarily based on the CUET-UG scorecard conducted by NTA.
2. For COP course, the student must have obtained at least 45% marks in class XII or equivalent from a recognized board.
3. To get admission in BA, BSc and COP programs, students will have to give an oral test (Viva-Voce). The admission process will be done completely through merit and computer based test.
Documents required for JNU online admission-
1. Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
2. Birth Certificate
3. Passport size photograph
4. Scanned Signature
5. Caste certificate (if any)
6. Diploma Certificate (if any)
7. Scanned thumb impression of left hand
How can students apply for JNU online admission?
1. First of all you have to visit the official website jnuee.jnu.ac.in.
2. After this you have to click on the application link given on the home page.
3. Now you have to log in by entering your NTA roll number and date of birth as user ID and password.
4. Now you have to fill the application form and upload the documents.
5. Now check your application form carefully and then submit it.
6. Now download the confirmation page and take a printout of the application form for future reference.
After filling the application form, students will also have to pay the fees. The fee for the undergraduate course is Rs 268 and for the COP program, the fee is Rs 219.
