Job Description

4. Must Knowledge: Financial Statement Analysis & Modelling, Cash Flow Balance & Ratio, Excel with advanced Formula, Data Analysis
5. Mode of work: Permanent Work from OFFICE
6. Shifts Time: 11am-8pm – reporting to the head office in Pune, India
7. Notice Period: Immediate joiner or within 30 days – highly preferred

Job purpose
We are a fast-growing consulting firm catering to specialized client needs in the energy, infrastructure and financial services industries. The firm provides strategic, analytical services ranging from financial data analysis, asset monitoring, and operations management to customized business intelligence.
The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the operations team to both oversee and deliver client services including but not restricted to financial modelling, asset management and tracking, financial reporting, and data analysis. The analyst will possess very good Microsoft Excel skills including knowledge of finance and accounting.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business, finance or accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in financial modeling or related financial work experience.
• Preferably working knowledge of financial accounting (US GAAP)
• Excellent communication skills,
• proficient in Excel and working knowledge of shortcuts and advanced functions.
• Any work experience in information services and international clients is a plus.
Duties and responsibilities
• Review and analyze financing documents including transaction/deal files such as financial
statements, corporate contracts, investment term sheets, proposals and draft agreements.
• High-Level proficiency with complex, excel based models including project finance structures for infrastructure deals in energy, mobility, and construction sectors.
• Have an excellent grasp of financial accounting concepts and ability to model innovative financial scenarios for the client given the deal requirements.
• Lead client management, while overseeing adherence to processes and minimizing errors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables are submitted in time with attention to detail.
