The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) may soon release the seat allotment result for the 5th round. It is believed that the result will be released at 5 pm on the official website josaa.nic.in. Let us tell you that the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) conducts the counseling process for admission of students who pass the JEE exam to various technical institutes like IIT, National Institute of Technology (NIT), Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) and other government technical institutes.
After the release of the seat allotment result for the 5th round, students will have to pay the fees online and upload the required documents. The counseling process for the fifth and final round will run from July 17 to July 22. If students do not upload the documents within the stipulated time, then the seat allotted to them will be cancelled even after paying the fees.
All the students who have been allotted seats through JoSSA counselling process will have to pay partial admission fees before 23rd July, even if they have been allotted seats in the first round. If you do not pay this fee before 23rd July, your allotted seat will be cancelled. The partial admission fee for general category is Rs 45,000 and for SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PWD students, this fee is Rs 20,000. Let us tell you that the classes for the new session will start from 30th July and in some IITs, it will start from 1st August.
How to check seat allotment result for JoSAA 5th round-
1. First of all you have to visit the official website josaa.nic.in.
2. After this you have to click on the seat allotment result link for the 5th round.
3. Now you have to log in by entering the required information.
4. Now JoSAA 5th Round seat allotment result will appear on your screen.
5. Now you can check your result.
