JSSC again sent notice to six complainants of CGL exam on Saturday. In the letter issued by the Secretary of the Commission, Sudhir Gupta, giving the last opportunity, the evidence of the complaints related to irregularities in the examination and its sources along with the affidavit has been asked to be given to the Commission by October 7. If this is not done, the Commission will take the final decision on the basis of the present evidence.

The Secretary of the Commission has clarified that the facts of the complaint letter, CD-pen drive related to CGL Exam 2023 are to be investigated and verified. In earlier letters, instructions were given to provide the original source of pen drive and CD and also audio voice recording, which has not been made available till date. CD was given twice, but both times the CD was found blank. No details of the persons by whom the photos and videos kept in the pen drive were made are mentioned in the complaint letter.

If you do not appear on the scheduled date, a final decision will be taken

The Secretary has said in the notice that instructions were given to submit an affidavit regarding the veracity and authenticity of the various photos and videos seen in the given pen drive, which has not been received yet. Because of this the investigation is not being completed. The Secretary of the Commission has clarified that on October 7 at 3 pm, the original copy of the evidence, the mobiles used, cameras, pieces of paper seen in the pictures and the affidavit regarding the truthfulness and authenticity of the evidence given will be sent to all the above concerned. Last opportunity is given to appear in the Commission office with documents. In case of non-appearance on scheduled date and time, decision will be taken by the committee on the basis of available evidence.
