Under the admission process for the academic session 2024-25 in AKTU, registration has started for admission to the second year of B.Tech or BE, BPharma and MCA. Interested candidates can apply till 16 October 2024. One has to apply on AKTU website. Vice Chancellor Prof. JP Pandey said that special counseling on vacant seats in affiliated government and government self-financed institutions will be held in physical mode. Admission in BPharma and B.Tech second year will be through CUET UG. Admission will be done in MCA Lateral under CUET PG. Physical reporting, seat allotment will take place on 22nd.
There are 12 seats vacant in BPharma 2nd year through lateral entry. There are nine seats in the Pharmacy Faculty of AKTU and three seats in BRD Medical College. Whereas there are 25 seats in BE or B.Tech second year.
According to the information, five in Indian Institute of Carpet Technology Bhadohi, one in Electrical in KNIT Sultanpur, one in Electronics Engineering in Government Engineering College Mirzapur, two in Mechanical in Pratapgarh, one in IT in Bijnor, three in Mining in Sonbhadra and UPTTI Kanpur. Other seats including six for Man Made Fiber Technology are vacant.
Seats vacant in UPID Noida and others
For Bachelor of Design (B.Des) course, 24 seats are vacant in UPID Noida, 17 seats are vacant at All India level in UP Institute of Design and Research and 90 seats are vacant at the state level. While 59 seats are vacant in Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology Jhansi for MBA, 11 in Management Faculty of AKTU, two in IET Lucknow and nine in UPID Noida, there are nine vacant seats at all India level and 60 seats at the state level.
