Applications for admission to postgraduate courses in Lucknow University have started. Applications for admission have started for 5062 seats in 73 subjects. Candidates can fill the form by visiting the official website of LU. The postgraduate admission process for the academic session 2024-25 in LU has been started on Saturday. Under this, applications for admission in postgraduate and postgraduate professional programs have started. Similarly, applications are also being taken for M.Ed, B.P.Ed and M.P.Ed. The last date for online application has been fixed as June 10.
Spokesperson Prof. Durgesh Srivastava said that it is mandatory for the candidates to register Lucknow University Registration Number (LURN) before applying in LU or any college. A fee of Rs 100 will be payable for this. As far as seats are concerned, students will be able to apply for 2126 seats in 35 subjects of MA. Admissions will be taken on a total of 640 MBA seats. Admission will be taken on a total of 867 seats in 20 subjects of M.Sc. Similarly, there are 20 seats for Acharya and 65 seats for Library Science. Applications will be taken for 360 seats of M.Com in Commerce. For more information you can visit LU's website.

Pro. Durgesh Srivastava said that the application fee for general, OBC category of Masters, LLM and LLB will be Rs 1000 and for SAC-ST category will be Rs 500. In PG Management courses MBA, MTTM and M.Ed, MPEd and B.P.Ed courses, the application fee will be Rs 1600 for General and OBC category and Rs 800 for SC-ST category.
