Success comes from hard work and true dedication. This is reflected in the story of the daughter of a farmer named Pragati Kashyap from Samastipur district, Bihar. With her hard work and dedication, Pragati has achieved success and became a source of inspiration for many youths in the society. Pragati Kashyap, daughter of Rauvik Kumar and Ranjita Devi of Dhrubagama village of Kalyanpur block, has recently been selected as a sub-inspector after undertaking training in Bihar. By clearing the UPSC examination in the first attempt itself, Pragati has not only made her parents proud but also brought eminence to Samastipur district. Pragati claims that the reason behind her success is the blessings of her grandparents. She had her primary education in the local school and was a hard working and talented student since childhood. She completed her studies from Raja Ballabh High school in Dhruv Gama. After that, she has undergone her intermediate education in the non-finance inter college in the village.

Pragati also claimed that she has been working hard since childhood in order to fulfil her dream. The reason behind her success is her hard work and genuine dedication towards her studies. She completed her primary education in the local school and came to Patna to prepare for the Bihar Inspector examination. She used to study for 10-11 hours daily and also took online classes from Gyan Bindu. She has indulged herself more in self-study and expressed her gratitude to her family especially her grandparents, parents and teachers for their unswerving support.

She has been congratulated by her relatives and friends. She also has three siblings out of which one is an engineer and her brother is currently a student. Pragati also expressed her desire to crack the UPSC examination and become an IPS officer in future.
