NEET UG 2024: National Testing Agency (NTA) opened the correction window for amendments in the application form of National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) today, March 18, 2024. Students wishing to take admission in various undergraduate courses including MBBS in medical colleges can get their admission form corrected. Amendments in the form of NEET UG 2024 can be made by visiting the official website exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. For correction in the application form, candidates will have to apply after logging in to this website.
NTA has asked the students applying for NEET 2024 to visit the official website and verify the relevant information and if any information is found to be incorrect, to amend it. Correction in the online application form can be done till 11:50 pm on March 20.
In the notification issued by NTA, it has been said that after this deadline, candidates will not be given the opportunity to make further amendments in the application form. For amendment in the application, candidates will also have to pay the prescribed fee which can be paid through debit card or credit card or UPI online payment. Candidates are advised to make amendments in the application form very thoughtfully. Final amendments in the application form will be accepted only when the required fee is deposited.
Let us tell you that NEET UG 2024 exam is likely to be held on May 5, 2024. However, due to Lok Sabha elections, there may be change in the exam dates. Every year around 20 lakh students appear in NEET UG examination. This year, a record 23 lakh applications have been received in NEET.
