After the Supreme Court's order in the NEET paper leak case, India's Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has given his statement. He praised the Supreme Court's decision and said that truth has won and informed that the result of the NEET UG exam will be declared within the next 2 days.
The Supreme Court of the country has rejected the petition for re-conducting the NEET paper. The court said that no such evidence has been found which shows that there was no irregularity in the NEET exam nor does it raise questions on the transparency of the exam.
The Supreme Court's decision has brought relief to the Central Government and the National Testing Agency (NTA) as people and the opposition were accusing both of them of failing in the examination system. Students had come out on the streets over the NEET paper leak. Welcoming the court's decision, the Education Minister said that 'Satyamev Jayate'. He also said that the central government was already saying that the NEET paper was not leaked and now the Supreme Court has also said the same in its decision. The government will not tolerate any kind of malpractice and corruption in the examination and if anyone is found involved in such activities, he will be given the harshest punishment.
After the Supreme Court's decision, all the students are waiting to know when will NTA release the revised result of NEET UG? The Education Minister also answered this by saying that NTA will release the NEET UG final result within the next two days and along with it the revised merit list will also be released.
No schedule has been released yet regarding the NEET counseling process. However, there are chances that registration for the counseling process will start within a few days after the results are announced. But no official information has been shared yet.
