Nursery Admission 2024: The process of admission from nursery to first class in government Sarvodaya schools for the academic session 2024-25 will start from March 1. Regarding this, Dr. Anita Vats, Deputy Education Director of the School Branch of the Directorate of Education, has issued a circular. Only children living in Delhi will be eligible to apply. According to the circular, application forms for admission will be available from the school. The last date for submitting it is March 15. Application forms will be available in morning and normal shift schools from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and in evening shift schools from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Parents will have to fill the application form and drop the relevant documents in the drop box installed in the school. If there is any deficiency in the application, its information will be given on the notice board on March 19. To overcome these shortcomings, parents will be able to contact the school on March 19 and 20.
The list of selected students will be pasted on March 22: If necessary, the draw will be organized on March 21 in the presence of school management committee members and parents. The list of selected students will be pasted on the notice board on March 22 at 11 am in morning shift schools and at 3 pm in evening shift schools.
Admission of selected candidates will be from 23rd March to 1st April. If any seat is left vacant then waiting list admissions will take place between April 2 and 6.
These documents are required:
● Birth certificate, Anganwadi records issued by Delhi Municipal Corporation and local body.
● One passport size photograph of the child.
● Any document for residence proof (ration card, guardian voter card, electricity bill, water bill, phone bill, bank passbook in the name of guardian or child, Aadhar card of anyone in the child or guardian).
● Caste certificate, if applicable.
● Vaccination certificate of the child will have to be given within six months of admission.
